Division 1
Players were presented with a cold and foggy morning to play this Final and following a short delay play got underway from the first tee at the superbly presented Curlewis Golf Club.
Barwon Valley, last years winners, were out to repeat their 2021 performance and two early wins by Marcus Spalding and David Foster set the team up and Barwon Valley went on and proved too strong, winning the Final 6/1.
A great team performance by Barwon Valley and 13th Beach were gracious losers who gave it everything.
Division 2
The Colac Team arrived in the team bus and welcomed with fog and cold conditions ready for battle with Curlewis, who enjoyed a home course advantage.
Cam Bowers had an early 7/6 win, Curlewis Captain Pete Meyer delivered a 5/4 result and Mathew Walkenhurst completed a 5/3 win to set the scene for a strong win by Curlewis with a five and a half to one and a half win result.
Again a very strong disciplined performance by the home team who now move into Division 1 for season 2023.
Congratulations to Colac for making the final and a gallant performance but were just outplayed on the day.

Division 5
Saw a tightly fought contest between Queenscliff and Ocean Grove. All matches were down to the wire but eventual winners Queenscliff with a
5.5 -1.5. The final score did not reflect how tight the matches were.

Division Handicap West
Top of the season ladder Colac had a narrow win over Birregurra 3-2

Division Handicap East
A convincing win to Lonsdale Links team top of ladder finish in the season winning 4-1 over Ocean Grove. It was exciting to see young junior Riley Norton (4&3) play and win his match in Men's senior Pennant. A great future ahead of him.
