The Otway Shield event, which was originally established in 1978, was an after Otway Pennant event.
It’s now in its 3rd year running as a separate event keeping the tradition going and encouraging new & higher handicap players, to travel & experience other courses, also enjoying the social aspect of golf.
Thanks to Birregurra for hosting this year’s event. Birregurra also ran a donation jar for the Leukaemia foundation instead of a raffle, which was very well accepted raising $500.
