Middle of May brings another Season of Pennant to an end!

The build- up which includes meetings, practice, uniforms, team yah- yah, strategies, game post mortems, celebrations & not to mention the stress of playing. We enjoy it all & that’s why we do it, a very important time on the golfing calendar.

There were some very exciting final games in most Divisions, only Div 6 was decided before the closing round.

Well done to those players who won 6 matches for the season, a mighty feat & a great asset to your team.

Please encourage all members to attend the Division 1 Final at Barwon Heads on Sunday 21^st May. Torquay will play Barwon Heads commencing at 8.30am.

Any feedback to improve the women’s pennant season should be brought to the SWGA Women’s Forum on July 24^th via your delegate or passed onto an Ops team member.

The Jean Russell Salver Friday 26^th May is filling fast so book in via Golfbox and don’t be disappointed.
