2022 Presidents Cup

Perfect conditions greeted 96 players from 16 SWGA clubs at Curlewis Golf Club to play for the 2nd Presidents Cup. Challenges were abundant for those who had little experience on the course.

Pinehurst format playing in mixed pairs, male/ male, female/female then a combined team brought in great scores .

A triumphant home team of Curlewis won the Presidents Cup. Players Greg Bishop, Heather Bishop, Julie Flintoff, Carol Newby, Tim Ludowyk, and Steve Cadby were very happy with their result.

Pairing results went to Mixed Pair - Louise Watach & Barry Tippett Queens Park Golf Club,  Male/Male – TJ Leigh & Ed Beehag Queens Park, , Female/Female – Marg Burrows & Suzanne Dixon Barwon Heads Golf Club.

A great presentation dinner held in the new Claribeaux restaurant at Curlewis rounded off a successful event that raised over $4000 for Geelong Community Foundation.
